Refund Policy Requirements
At Skyhook Technologies, our goal is to provide top-quality service and ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. To be eligible for our refund policy, the following conditions must be met:
To qualify for a refund:
– You must accept a call from our Project Manager who will guide you through the features and services offered by Skyhook Technologies.
– You must share details or create at least one project with us.
– You must provide feedback and allow our designers at least two attempts to revise your project based on your inputs.
Eligibility for refund becomes void if:
– You approve any project or deliverable.
– You request or download source files.
– Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment mode within 7 working days from approval.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription to Skyhook Technologies at any time. After cancellation:
– You will continue to have access to Skyhook Technologies services and design files until the end of your current billing term.
– Once your billing term ends, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to your design files.
– Access to files is available only with an active subscription.
-Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Post that, cancellations will not be accepted.
